I don't know who these are by, I forgot to look. But they are so colorful and pretty.
And this collection of Moda Bliss from Camille Roskelly and Bonnie is absolutely adorable in person. Oh so sweet. I picked up a fat quarter of almost each design.
Totally thinking I need to make an art quilt like Tara did. I'm planning on having two display rods in my redesigned craft room/office taking place this summer. My goal is to display two pieces of sewn art at a time, switching out the items frequently/seasonally. I think one of these pretties would be fab. I just can't stop going back to Tara's post about it.

I used those moda fabrics to make a scarf. It turned out so cute. Thanks for sharing Tara's art quilt --- love it and just might have to make one, too.
Oh such beautiful fabrics, bright colors... wonderfulness! Thanks for sharing your fabric finds and Tara's art quilt. It is fabulous. What a great idea! :)
Love all those colors!
And I just wish you would pick fabric to be sold from PTI...
like fat quarters...
but in colors that match with PTI colors...changing by the season...year...
You always pick such gorgeous fabric!
Can't wait to see those postage and label sets...
holding my breath!
I started a sampler quilt with fabric I had used for my daughter's nursery. It's one of those projects that has overwhelmed me, so it gets tucked away for a couple of years and then I pull it out to make another square. A few years ago, Brianna asked me to finish it for her college graduation, which will happen this December. Since there is no way I'll finish an entire quilt, I may use the idea you shared and make a piece of wall art. I think B would like that better anyway. Thanks for the idea.
Glad your dad made it back safe and sound from his African adventure. And I am eagerly anticipating seeing the postage set in use. I was glad that Betsy and Nichole showed peeks of the label set.
I love those fabrics!! You have the best taste. This makes me want to learn to sew.
I cannot wait to see your new PTI projects/sets. I saw the gingham stamp and so thought of you on PTI's countdown today. I am loving anything that looks springy and happy, like your fabrics today. Thank you for the post.
Mish, your fabrics are by designer Amy Butler. I purchased some of the same ones last year at Harper's Fabrics in Downtown Overland Park. The fabrics are absolutely stunning. If you get to KC, make a point to go to Old O.P. and walk around in our charming downtown. There are lots of stores that you would like. Saturday we have a Farmer's Market down there, with lots of fresh veggies, jams, jellies, pies and other consumables. There are lots of artsy consignment shoppes, a spice store and a vintage store too!
One last thing, if you like the fabrics you featured today, you will really like the fabric lines of Pillow & Maxfield. Both these designers worked at Hallmark until they started designing their own fabrics. The fabrics are some of the most beautiful I have ever seen! Their collections are Whimsy, Pretty Bird, and Gypsy Bandana. http://quilthome.com/Pillow_and_Maxfield

Hope you have a good weekend with plenty of craftiness thrown in, hugs, Ruth S
Oh you're talking to me here with all those fabrics, they're irresistable, aren't they? Best wishes as you put an art quilt together, that is a beautiful inspiration sampmle by Tara.
Super lovely fabric! I think the polka dot is Amy Butler, isn't Bliss just...well...bliss! Can't wait to see what you come up with!
LOVE the fabric! The first two as well as the last are Amy Butler prints.
I have a couple Jelly Rolls, and a few charm packs of Bliss to create with, now I just need the time ;o)
Can't wait to see what you make! (Maybe some yo-yos? ;o)...)
