Sharing Week 34 of my Project Life 2014 today along with a few inserts. This week was full of activities and lots of photos. I used the December Gossamer Blue kits for this week's spreads.
The two page spread with a photo in every insert. Photos + stories is what I always concentrate on most. The left page
The right page.
August and 92 degrees and back to school week.
My first Tray Tuesday post, nice to have that documented.
Swimming with the overly white people. My sister's pretty quilts.
This little artwork I saw that reminds me of Jordan.
My favorite cookbooks and a Pinterest find that I love.
New babies in the family.
A 5 x 7 insert of the girls' first day of school photo. Always on the front porch, always with Charlie.
I loved the combo of stickers, chipboard and rub ons from the Gossamer Blue kits. I adhered them all right to the photo.
The back side of the 5 x 7 insert and another 6 x 12 insert of my mom canning some of my sweet peppers and onions. I love that I captured her hands, her pretty rings and her well loved potholders.
A close up of the 5 x 7 insert which tells the story of our canning day. I don't profess to be the best traditional scrapbooker but I do love to tinker with all the embellishments. I'm hoping to have more traditional layouts and inserts in my 2015 albums. I'll share more about that when I get caught up a bit.
All the Gossamer Blue goodies, so mixy matchy and perfect. I love the "home" which is a stamp from the Life Pages Main Kit paired with the letter stickers (Evalicious) from the Add-on Kit #2.
Typewriter journaling is on a tag from the kits.
A few sequins from the Add-on Kit #2 were tossed in the page protector.
This is the back side of the 6 x 12 insert. It has a photos of the first volleyball practice, the girls and friends and the Seniors on the volleyball team. I used a journaling card from the Life Pages Kit alongside a square photo for typed journaling.
A good week in the books. I love the weeks with inserts because I think they tell more of the deeper stories. Thanks for stopping by today, I'll be sharing more weeks and projects from the upcoming January Gossamer Blue release soon.
