Hey everyone! Papertrey Ink is celebrating it's 2 Year Anniversary and we'd like you to join the party. For 14 days, Nichole and the Papertrey girls will be counting down to the big day with some wonderful prizes, challenges and exciting news and product releases. Today we're kicking off the party by giving away free stamp sets. Each designer has chosen their favorite stamp set and YOU might be one of the lucky winners.
For my favorite stamp set, I chose Piece of Cake. I was so excited when this stamp set came out. I was a customer back then and can remember fun and fresh this new stamp set was. It was very hard picking out a favorite stamp set, I have SO many. But I think Piece of Cake really wraps up what I love about Papertrey stamps. The designs are fresh, fun and unique....the images are separated out into layers for ease of stamping.....the themes are trendy but still classic enough to use for years and years to come.....the sentiments are like no others.......and the fonts are just as fun as the stamp images. What's NOT to love?
For my beautiful cake card, I stamped the cake images onto Kraft cardstock, using Fresh Snow ink for the frosting and pink craft paint for the cake layers. I topped the cake with some green flowers and a few kinds of glitter....Martha Stewart and some glass glitter from Star Lit Studio. The shimmer factor is amazing! I layered two pieces of cake using pop dots in between. The fun scroll image in the background is in the Piece of Cake set too, another wonderful supporting image. Pink sequins were added to the scroll loops. I used a Cuttlebug folder for the background cream color and a Spellbinders Label Die for the top layer.
I used the two stamps that are stamped separately to create the two colored sentiment. I love that about this set..different fonts in different sizes to really create a unique look and color combination. The pretty ribbon is Sweet Blush Swiss Dot, tied up with a square button. This card could easily be used for a birthday card but is generic enough in nature that you could add a wedding or congratulations sentiment. Or maybe someone just likes cake...like me.Sooooo, whaddya think? Would like to have a shot at winning this beauty of a set? Wouldn't that just frost your cake? What a hard decision. I love every set I own and that is quite a few. I even love the sets I do not own yet. I have been making Valentine cards lately, so I will say Heart Prints is my favorite set this month.

It's really hard to choose just one favorite but I think Quilter's Sampler is one of the top. I wish I could afford to own all of them!
My favorite set is Simple Blessings. I love all the sentiments in that set and I have used it for a wide variety of occasions.
I'd have to say Birds of a Feather, because there are some very elegant birds in that set and there aren't that many out there in the stamping world. But I LOVE this set, too!

Papertrey stamps give such a great impression on cardstock that it is easy to create. My favorite set is rustic branches and the cards you created with them.

This is my favorite card I've seen with the Piece of Cake stamp set. I love how it looks on kraft, especially paired with pink! :) It's tough to pick a favorite set, but I'm going to say Boards & Beams. The cottage in the set looks a lot like my own house, and I love how easy it is to build a scene with all the images. Home for the Holidays makes it even better, so I keep hoping for additional addons. :)

I just love every stamp set that papertrey makes but i love out on a limb. and now i really like the new with sympathy set as well. I think it's great that you guys are creating stamps that are not out there as much, and your making them so good that i don't have to search anywhere else for them!
I love the first halloween stamp set. I used it to make all sorts of goodies for my children's teachers at Halloween. Great fun!

Gorgeous card! So pretty! The first stamp set that I fell in love with from Papertrey was Mailbox Greetings. I loved the feel of the line of mailboxes and how it reminds me of a simpler time!
This card is very beautiful and definitely on my wish list. I think my favorite set is Little Lady because I call my daughter lady bug and this set was just so easy to use, I didn't have to color on the stamp or anything, they were all separate so i couldn't mess up even if I wanted to . I love how easy they are.
wow! my personal favorite (at the moment =) is Heart Prints. It's just such a beautiful and versatile set.
If I must really choose only 1 set as a fav, I guess Birthday Basics is it. I keep it handy since birthday cards are what I create most.

My favorite set is Pond Life, I think. It's hard to choose. I enjoy hiking and exploring marshes, so this set is very much ME!

WOW, too many PTI sets make the top of my list. Right now I am really enjoying heart prints and heart prints sentiments. I love the versatility and the touching sentiments. I never realized I could do so much with just hearts!
This is a tough decision, I like so many of them (ok I like them all!!!).

There are two sets I would love to design with together and so I guess are my favorites at least today: Birds of a Feather and the out on a limb sentiments. Though I also like the Heart Prints Sentiments as well. The simplicity of the design images offset the heart behind the sentiments for a wonderful combination.
