Edited to add: By the way, have you seen these Color Cubbies? Tami McBeain has them for sale HERE and talks about them on her blog HERE. They are great for storing Copic markers and all sorts of crafting tools. I use one to organize my colored tags in my Artsy Studio. They would make a nifty gift for the crafty person on you holiday list this year. Tami was kind enough to send me a Color Cubbie so I can vouch...great quailty and workmanship, nice and sturdy. Two thumbs up from Mish. :)
This and that:

I think we are all pushing the envelope during this time of year. I also sliced my left hand pointer finger (stitch-worthy)!
Let's just say being a hand model is NOT in my future! LOL
Hope ya feel better soon :)
Hugs,

I hope your cut heals soon! I'm recovering from carpal tunnel surgery so I understand all about not being able to use those crafting fingers without pain. I can't craft quite yet but I can type.
Here's a link to a project I made recently using Cosmo Cricket paper from the Mr. Campy line.

Oops-forgot to link my Cosmo Project. I made a frame using "Jolly By Golly" paper line. My grandson is enjoying one of his first snows. The astonishment and excitement on his face tells it all! Of course my son-is not too excited-it was cold. :) Enjoy visiting-

Hi Michelle,
I've been away for about a week -- no blogs, internet, or crafting! Soooooooo it was wonderful to sit down with a cup of coffee, and visit with you this evening -- you are such an inspiration! Everything you do is with love -- from your great recipes using stuff most of us have on hand or have no problem throwing it in the shopping cart(yup, I am talking about yummy Cool Whip and Pillsbury!!!!); to the cute bookmarks made by your little cutie; to your clever notepads and packing ideas!!! Thank you so much for sharing so freely with us. Always remember, there are more of us that appreciate you than there are those who chose to leave negative comments and not their names!!! Happy Thanksgiving!

Oh that cut probably could not have happened at a worse time this being primo crafting season and all!
And here's a recent card I made using Cosmo Cricket Joy Ride!
How about one with Nutmeg? You can find it here
Must admit - Cosmo Cricket is one of my fave paper lines.
Oooh, ouch!! So sorry about your finger being cut. It gives me goosebumps just to think about it. Hope it heals fast. I keep those rubber fingers on hand for just such events - yes, it's happened to me, too. Don't know the name of them but they protect your finger from getting wet or getting anything nasty in the cut. I know you still won't be able to use the finger, it being too sore, but it will protect it while the other fingers take over the "heavy" duty of crafting :)
Hi Mish, really hope that finger of yours heals soon and it doesn't get in the way of your fabulous crafting!
I have been using Cosmo Cricket's Material Girl Papers on a few cards recently. You can check them out here:
