Your kindness...

I'm in a cherry kind of mood lately, loving the red and aqua and cream color combination. Today I have some pretty little thank you notes featuring JustRite's Joyful Hearts Borders & Centers stamp set. The sentiment oval is front and center, adorned with a little Tin Type Papertrey background and two aqua sequins. Background paper is from October Afternoon, along with the reverse side featuring the typewriter print for the strip under the oval accent. Love that crinkly ribbon? I have a big surprise coming to my Etsy shop soon. :)
The bottom of the card is finished with scallops on the patterned paper and more of the Tin Types background stamping in Aqua Mist.
So. When is the last time you sent a thank you note? Did someone send you a nice gift? Bring you over a plate of cookies? Do something kind to make you feel better? Send them a thank you. Don't delay. We all love to get little thank you cards in the mail, so much better than an email. I need to make more thank you cards to keep in my stash. I think if they're on hand then we'll be more like to send them, don't you think. So go get crafty. Make some cards. You'll be glad you did. :)

P.S. Thank you for visiting my blog today. I'm so glad you stopped by. And a bigger thank you for those that leave comments. I know that takes a lot of extra time and it's so appreciated!!!

Love your cards - as always...and I am with you on the thank you notes! I view it as a good sign that I'm always sending my hubby to the post office for stamps!

Happy Sunday!

Thank you notes are so, so important. I love the feeling of sending them because you know that the recipient will smile when they open their card. Looking forward to watching your etsy shop. If that ribbon is up for grabs I hope my fingers can hit the buttons fast. Thank you.

Hi Mish! I'm a big fan ;-) I have a few question though about your notepads. I want to do some for shower favors. Do you have any templates or instructions? I checked out the gallery but would love more direction.

Thank you for any info you can give me. my email is jmitchellfan@yahoo.com. YOU ARE A HUGE INSPIRATION TO ME ;-)

Cute cherry cards....Could u make a post with the categories of cards you make. I am trying to figure out how to store cards after they are made and how to catgorize so when I am running low on a particular category I can tell at a glance

Funny you should mention Thank you notes. I enjoy making personal ones. I am now making a Thank you note for a sweet little lady that had me in her home. She is 83 years young and told me if she could she would like to be a beachcomber and collect all kinds of "stuff" So of course on the card front she is in a little pick up truck with a trailer attached to the back for ....Brownie's Beachcombing Services , piled with stuff!

You're right - today's the day for thank you's. I owe 4 people cards and enough putting it off already. I really need to lesson plan, but I swear my craft room must have spider webs all over from dis-use. So, thanks for tipping the scales in favor of craftiness! [And I love your cherry goodness too - I believe I may be feeling inspiration coming on....]

Hi Mish! Love this card - very much like the color theme as well! Thanks for another great inspiration.

P.S. I made the Mr. Hatfield's Pickle dip - we loved it! - Will double this next time, I put some away for just me and DH. I'm sure will finish that up today! Thanks!

Love the colors of this one. Ask any of my friends and family, I send thank you notes for everything. If you drop by to visit, I send a thank you. This is a tradition that needs to be continued through the generations. Thanks for reminding everyone. Have a great Sunday.

Mish,

Thank you for all the beautiful cards, creative ideas and recipes too that you share on your blog. I really enjoy reading about you and your family and and all the cards and paper crafts you share! One of my most favorites is when you put your inspiration basket together for the season or holiday!!! I've started doing that and I really use more of my stash when it's all in one place. And yes, thank you cards are wonderful to give and receive..I've done a few recently to some friends...just because and they do appreciate the surprise in the mail. Have a great week!!
