Good morning everyone. I have my little one home sick from school today. It seems the sickies are back in town. Today I have another card from my February Papertrey gallery to show you. It uses Take Three: Spring. In the set there are three images of leaves and three images of bunnies along with supporting sentiments. I used the three leave images on my card. I first embossed the leaf images with clear embossing powder. Then I rubbed Spring Moss ink over the images. By wiping off the excess with a paper towel, the embossed images just pop. I love that shiny look to the embossed images, you can zoom in to get a closer look. My card was finished off with patterned papers from the Pretty Pastels collection and tied Vintage Buttons.
Here's a fun sketch to go along with my card. The long strip is perfect for lining up multiple stamps in a row. Enjoy! (This card has been added to my Etsy shop too.)
