Dahlias

Here's another addition to the Papertrey gallery I did for March using Dawn's beautiful Dahlia stamp set. All of the images are stamped onto patterned paper from the Pretty Pastels collection. I then cut die cut them with coordinating dies that match both flower sizes and both leaf sizes. That is just WAY too easy. Crazy easy. I love it!! The flowers were highly glitterfied and finished off with tied Vintage Buttons. Some crinkly ribbon was added along with the *dear friend* sentiment that I cut out by hand.

Hope you're all having a great week! Lots to do today so I better get a move on. My sister is coming for a few days to visit. Tomorrow we take my dad to the airport. He's going to Germany with his cousin to visit areas where he was stationed almost 50 years ago. I am so excited for him.

I'm also excitedly waiting for a package today. It should contains oodles and oodles of new ribbon......can't wait to add some to my Etsy shop soon. :)

Gorgeous! I love how you have stamped them on pattern paper with a touch of glitter! So pretty! I just might have to buy spring at the store to have some of those flowers around here!

I keep forgetting to mention your new photo, which is no longer very new. It looks great; you look great. You should remind Nichole to switch it out on the PTI blog.

Safe travels to your dad. What an exciting and emotional trip that should be for him. Have fun with your sister.

Dahlias are so beautiful! Seeing those flowers almost makes me want to go dig in the dirt, but I'll settle for stamped flowers instead, I think.
