Star Prints was one of my favorite sets from this month's release at Papertrey. Stars are everywhere right now so Nichole really created this set at the perfect time. The patterns in the stars and the fun curly-q sentiments are perfect together.
While at my friend Carmen's house a while back, I was making some cards for the track coaches using our school colors of black and white. Using some of the leftover supplies, I stamped up some card bases. It was the first time that I had used the Guidelines Cardstock and let me tell you......it's amazing! You don't have to limit yourself to the Guidelines and Guidelines Two stamp sets when using this paper. I effortlessly was able to stamp the stars in an even pattern, then add smaller stars and sentiments in the leftover spaces. A great addition to our paper collection!Fast forward...I needed two more graduation cards. I dolled this one up with pink and black accents for a girl, using Vintage Buttons, Swiss Dot Ribbon and glitter.
And I kept this male version very simple by adding some black distressing to the cardstock edges and some Soft Stone cardstock.
Super fun little finds that making stamping easier......gotta love it!

Love the black and white too! I have a Copic color chart in word and pdf. Tried to figure out how to attach it to this message but couldn't. Yeah, I'm a little technologically challenged. If anyone wants to leave their email address, I'll be glad to send it out to them.
I love your work...so pretty and inspiring! I looked for contact info for you, because I have a copy of YOUR chart saved on my 'puter. Shoot me an e-mal and I'll send it to you, if you'd like. My contact info is right on my blog.
Have a good one!
Just perfect. Love the black and white. I love the fact you left them blank then added what colors you need for the receipent. I always enjoy your creations. :)
Love that pop of pink color! You come up with the best ideas. :)
These are great. The black and white is striking, and the pink is the perfect pop of colour.
I knew I needed to add Star Prints to my wish list; your post today confirmed it and reminded me to add guidelines paper. Love the way the black and white can easily be made a little more feminine or masculine.
These are fantastic. I love the black and white combo and how you changed it from feminine to masculine. Great job!!
Great tip on the gridded paper from PTI! I love black & white but would have to add a dot of color somewhere...I love how you did the graduation card with the pink button! Zing and pretty!
